I genuinely wouldn’t be able to call this my job if it wasn’t for the constant love, support and trust that I receive. ❤️ One of the most beautiful parts of having my own business is being in a position where I can give back. To be able to use something I’ve worked so hard to build to support others is something I will never take for granted. The Held Project is an organisation that holds such a special place in my heart. As a mum who experienced HG for my entire pregnancy, followed by postpartum depression and anxiety, I know just how isolating and overwhelming motherhood can feel when you’re struggling. There were moments during my pregnancy and early days of motherhood where I felt completely exhausted, overwhelmed and like I was just trying to get through each day. I often think about how different that chapter may have felt if I had an organisation like The Held Project there to support me, remind me that I wasn’t alone and let me know that what I was feeling was okay. That’s why being able to give back to The Held Project means so much to me. It feels incredibly special to now be able to support an organisation that supports mums through some of the hardest and most vulnerable moments of their lives. To every single person who supports my business — whether you’ve booked with me, recommended me, shared my work or simply cheered me on — thank you. You are not only supporting my small business, you’re also helping me create opportunities to give back to causes that are so close to my heart. ❤️ I am so incredibly grateful. 🎈
