✨PREPARATION✨ This is one thing that you won’t physically see but is covered under our costs. The timeframe to prepare for each event will vary depending on size of garland, backdrop ect. What’s not shown in this video is extra balloons that may need to be pumped on the day/night of the event, the tedious details in each set up, loading & unloading vehicles. ✨Our last set up we calculated a total of roughly 4 hours for 1 set up! - Preparing the balloons the night before: 1.5hrs - setting up the event: 2hrs - Packing down: 30-35min It’s not just blowing up balloons and slapping it together and hoping for the best, it’s attention to detail, it’s weeks of planning and a day of putting it all together some with and without a mental breakdown😅 Yes it may seem expensive for “just balloons” but it’s so much more!🎈 Thankyou to everyone who continue to put us in their party budget, we wouldn’t be where we are without you🫶🏼 #ashspartyco#mackayballoons
